Instructions 操作指引
  • The personal data collected by this system is only for the use of CloudSAMS and student support. The data will be locked and stored by the school, and teachers must register before viewing the data. The data will be destroyed after the student leaves the school.
    本系統所收集的個人資料只作校方輸入「雲端校管系統」及學生支援之用。有關資料會由校方鎖存，老師因公查閱前必須登記，而資料亦會於學生離校後銷毀。
  • Students must complete the two forms on or before 2nd July, 2025.
    學生必須在 2025 年 7 月 2 日 或之前完成兩份表格。
  • Students should use their school email pycXXXXX@school.pyc.edu.hk to sign in to the system.
    學生必須使用他們的學校電子郵件 pycXXXXX@school.pyc.edu.hk 登錄系統。
  • It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the account is secure and not shared with others.
    學生有責任確保帳戶的安全性，並且 不與他人共享。
  • Students should not use public computers or public Wi-Fi to access the system.
    學生不應使用公共電腦或公共 Wi-Fi 登入本系統。
  • Students can submit the form multiple times. Only the final submission will be recorded.
    學生可以多次提交表格。 只有最終提交的版本會被記錄。
  • Students should fill in and proofread the data with their parents/guardians to ensure data correctness.
    學生應 與其父母/監護人一起填寫和校對資料 ，以確保資料的正確性。
